My Story

Hi, I'm Angela. I created FORM METHOD to offer movement that feels effective, sustainable, and approachable. My classes combine strength, mobility, and intentional movement patterns designed to challenge you without burning you out. I believe that consistency matters more than perfection and that movement should support your life, not consume it.
