- 01Form Method studio is located at 4612 SW Beaverton Hillsdale Hwy Portland, Oregon 97221. Parking: There is free parking in all 3 lots for our building and street parking is also free. 1. Parking lot nearest FMS entrance: Please do not park in the 2 spaces in front of the massage business/adjacent to FMS door, there are "massage only" signs marking the spaces. Turn right on Martha, and then immediate right, into the lot aove our building for additional free parking. Small lot behind the building (near Dragon Herbarium) can be used for 5:30 classes, but is 30 minute limit before 5 pm. Studio Etiquette: A few simple ways that we can be respectful of everyone. FMS is an inclusive space. We do not tolerate discrimination of any kind. Every person who enters our space will be treated with respect at all times. The door will be open 15 minutes prior to the start of each class. Feel free to come early to choose a spot and relax before we begin. Please arrive on time. Class will begin promptly at the scheduled time. The door will be locked 5 minutes after class starts, late arrivals will not be permitted. Feel free to ask questions in class, I appreciate opportunities to clarify if a specific exercise isn't making sense. If you have general fitness questions or concerns, I would be happy to assist before or after class. If you need to leave early, please let your instructor know at the beginning of class.
- 02Please bring a water bottle to class. Bare feet or grip socks are recommended. Use our mats or bring your own, all equipment provided. Wear anything that you feel comfortable moving in. Cute matching set or your pajamas, anything goes. Your comfort and confidence are most important, come as you are.
- 03Yes! Classes are multi level with many options given to accommodate beginner and advanced students . Angela is certified and experienced in pre and postnatal fitness.
- 04Please cancel your class at least 4 hours prior to the start of the class to receive a refunded class credit. No shows and cancelations made less than 4 hours prior to the start of class will be charged. To cancel or reschedule a class: Log into your account. Go to My Bookings. Click on the class that you want to cancel or reschedule. Choose action: cancel or reschedule. To reschedule choose a new date and time from the availble options. If you need help canceling or rescheduling an existing reservation, please email hello@formmethodstudio.com.
- 05To view your upcoming classes or verify a booking: Website 1. Click on your user name in the header 2. Select My Bookings to view your upcoming reservations Fit By Wix app On the home screen view Upcoming Bookings Confirmation emails are sent 1 minute after a successful booking. If you did not receive a confirmationemail: Check junk folder Check to see if the class in your cart Check My Bookings If you do not see the class in My Bookings, please try booking the class again. Make sure that you are logged in and be careful not to uncheck "I agree to Terms & Conditions and have read/agree to the Fitness Waiver". Reminder emails are sent 24 hours before class begins. If you are unsure whether you have booked or not, Please text or email Angela. It is a huge help for me to know who will be attending. Thanks in advance!
- 06Here is how to check the number of credits remaining on your class pack. Note that any future reservations you have made have been deducted from this number to hold your reservation. This is the number of credits that you can still book with. Website (mobile or desktop): Click on your name and profile pic in the header/main menu Select My Subscriptions My subscriptions will show you all of your current and past class packs as well as the expiration dates.
